Bear Mountain of Sudbury

This facility is beautiful as it has gone through recent renovations. The staff is always ready to step up and care for it's patients in anyway they can. They will go out of their way to make their patients feel comfortable and safe. The management takes their time to listen to any and all questions and quickly addresses concerns that families may have. They also celebrate their hardworking staff and personnel and provide educational opportunities that further their professional development.

Great facility! Compassionate and hardworking staff, always attentive to patients and residents. The staff and management also does a great job with people regarding activities, holiday and corporate events, and general inclusiveness. Management strives to reward and thank personnel for the hard work they do, improving morale, which trickles down to patients and residents.

They did an excellent job for my Mother after her many falls due to Parkinson's disease. The nursing staff was excellent to my Mom, took good care of her and they were welcoming. They provided excellent service and I would recommend them to all.

Unfortunately, after several trips to the ER due to her falling, The case worker told me she needs 24/7 care. Bear Mountain had a bed available. They are great, The nursing staff is awesome, most importantly my mom is very well taken care of and happy. There was NO WAY I was putting her into a nursing/ rehab in Marlborough. Have nothing good to say about them.
