I’ve had a fantastic experience with these guys, specifically Nick was super helpful when I made some changes to my account. They have excellent customer service and it’s the cleanest storage facility I’ve ever used.

Extra Space Storage Sudbury was a five star experience, particularly the Manager who was incredibly helpful. The place is new, clean, secure, easily accessed and their billing, payment and technology were all first rate.

Excellent facility! Best one I have used. Clean, new and priced right! Indoor access is wonderful.
All storage places like this are a bit spooky if you are alone. I encourage people to always go into the space with company.

A sudden need for a storage space came up - we were driving by this new facility, stopped in and worked with the manager Leslie. She showed us available options and we left a short time later with a unit secured. It's a very nice, clean, accessible space. A few days later our needs changed, and Leslie was able to quickly work with us. We really appreciate the flexibility and customer service.

The manager - I think her name was Leslie..was amazing! She offered to show us the storage space and various size so I felt comfortable making the choice of the space I knew would suit my needs. These storage units are brand new and so nice! Leslie had lots of great advice and clearly cares about her job and the safety of customers! great service!
