Herb Chambers Land Rover Jaguar Sudbury

I live significantly closer to two other Jaguar/Land Rover dealerships than this one in Sudbury... But I make the trip out each and every time because the experience there is truly that much better. My family and I have now purchased 5 vehicles from David Melkonian and so long as we stay in the Jaguar/Land Rover family we will never purchase from anyone else. He has been doing this a long time and it shows in his professionalism, ease of doing business, and (I know it sounds ludicrous to say this about anyone in car sales, but...) HONESTY! He is simply too busy to give you the back and forth and play the game so he gives you his opinion, his best offer on the first attempt and if you like it you take it and if not he is not offended; fortunately for my family and I, every time we've worked with David he has made offers too good to walk away from! I can't say enough good things about working with Mr. Melkonian and the experience from sales to service and everywhere in between at Jaguar/Land Rover Sudbury... Definitely a customer for life.

What a great experience! I worked with Mason. As soon as I got there, there he was with a big smile and a welcoming hand shake and attitude. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and actually delivered! He was never pushy or seemed like a care salesperson. He was more like a friend talking about cars with me. Genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, caring, and real. I never in my wildest imagination would have thought that I would be owning a jaguar. That was on a Sunday. He delivered the new vehicle to me the following Wednesday. It was originally going to be on Tuesday, but it was raining. Great experience at Jaguar/Land Rover of Sudbury working with Hannah P! I met Hannah on my initial visit to the store and likely drove her and her peers a little crazy over my next 2-3 visits with all the options I wanted to see in terms of cars and packages... I had a pretty wide range of what I was looking for in a car between different vehicles, leasing options, buying options, etc. Hannah was fantastic in helping me understand all my options, walk through all the different cars/suvs and test drive a bunch to narrow in on what I ultimately ended up purchasing.
