  Jess is a wonderful PT and I am glad that I was able to work with her before and after my ACL surgery. Although I felt like I had many physical challenges along the way and never wanted to do my band walks, she was incredibly supportive and encouraging. Thank you, Jess!
  
  As a PT facility, it is clean, and very organized. Staff is very welcoming and responsive. I highly recommend this practice.

  Steve was fantastic and gave me hope from my very first visit that he would help me "fix" my plantar fasciitis. At the time I couldn't even run a mile but after about 7-10 sessions, he has me back and running just like before! I can run 6+ with no problem and Steve gave me exercises to work on so that I don't fall victim to plantar again.

  I worked with Jess in Sudbury. She was fabulous! She carefully listened to what I said, she addressed issues in productive ways, and her instructions were quite clear. She was supportive and caring, as well. That made a huge difference to me. The support staff was also great! What a wonderful experience.

  Amazing group of people to work with. I’ve been to other physical therapists and I got the impression that those ones wanted me to come there indefinitely. Achieve worked with me to actually solve the problem I was having. They gave me exercises to do at home, and have a fast response time to messages. Highly recommend.

  I had a whiplash injury September 14, 2017 and I needed to have physical therapy to fully recover. So I went to Achieve and they helped me heal within two months. Steve Bowen was the PT. He was fun, knowledgeable, flexible in his teaching, and gave a wonderful message to warm up the neck and shoulders. I still have the set of exercises to do and I have healed well, although it took almost a year. Thanks Achieve!
