This is the ONLY state/government run service center I have ever been to that has been consistently helpful and efficient with very reasonable wait times. Never mind that the staff has always been personable and pleasant, compared other government programs/facilities (R.M.V etc.) it's like night and day. AS LONG AS walk into Tewksbury office vs. getting bent over by M.H customer service on the phone for hours.

Although difficult to find, the experience was positive. The receptionist was very helpful. She explained the wait time and answered my questions. There were a few people waiting and I thought it would be a much longer wait to see a worker than it actually was. Once I met with the worker, I felt at ease as she explained everything. Then, it was time to leave ... I may have been there a total of a half hour. Amazing!
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone once they find it.
They helped me fill out a renewal form for health care benefits concerning my 103 year old mother. Very pleasant and professional staff.
