As recently as last week, November 25th 2019, my family moved to Massachusetts from Florida. A few weeks prior, I visited MA to view homes. Unfortunately, I tried to do it alone. Basically scheduling to view listings from online sites. The day before I was scheduled to leave, I connected with Brian. Despite it being a holiday weekend, he extended his expertise and time willingly. Brian's attention to detail: looking at aspects of the home (heating, electrical) that I had no idea about, and wouldn't know what I was looking at without his detailed explanations was extremely helpful. Due to my efforts to do things independently, I'd only left a few hours before I had to fly back to Florida. Brian called, emailed, and seemingly sent out smoke signals to other realtors to arrange for me to see homes well into my last moments in MA. Brian continued to send listings to my email once I was in Fl, assisted my efforts to apply to a residence, and made himself unbelievably available to answer questions, respond to emails, field text messages, and when another listing became available, Brian went to the home and walked me through it on video chat. He was not pushy with his opinions and being that I was not able to see the home for myself, I felt completely comfortable trusting his judgment and professional eye. We applied and moved into our home based solely on Brian's experience and the video chat. If not for Brian we would be without a home. It is also everything we could want, everyone (even the cats) are happy. Look no further than Brian and please, please, don't try to do it alone. Having a realtor...the right realtor is paramount to finding home.
