Bay State Physical Therapy

I loved my experience at Bay State PT in Tewksbury. My physical therapist was Stacey Sousa and I could have not asked for anyone better and would recommend her to anyone. She is professional, kind, understanding, and pushed me towards my PT goals. The facility was also very covid friendly and I always felt safe. If you want to feel better with motivating staff, this is your place! Thank you!

I highly, highly recommend Bay State PT in Tewksbury. All of the staff are very friendly, and one of the best features of this location is that they have access to a full gym. I can't thank Jackie enough for being such a great PT - from the quick diagnosis to developing an awesome program that has completely eliminated my shoulder pain, and for providing the knowledge and tools so that I can continue with my development even after our sessions ended. I would like to give this place a million stars instead of 5. From my experience from the front desk to ALL of the therapists there are simply amazing. They listen to all your needs and wants and take the time to help you out. Kim by far is a super nice person In and out and all around.She listens really well and is very caring. This place is the best by far ever. They all say hello to you when you walk in the door and make you feel comfortable. Rob is a super nice man and always asks how things are going and how you feel. I highly recommend this place to get physical therapy done. By far this is the best place in the state of Massachusetts because of all the therapists who work here. Job well done Bay State physical therapy. You all Rock !!!

Want to share my experience with Bay State Physical Therapy in Tewksbury. I have never met a more willing to help person than Stacey. She listened to my concerns and worked out a plan to help with my core, shoulders, neck, hips and back. After a couple months of seeing Stacey, I can say I have never in my life felt better physically (even before my 3 kids), emotionally and have so much body strength. I didn’t believe I could do it but she did and guided and praised me every week. She has transformed me and I can’t thank her enough.

I highly recommend BayState P.T., the facility is very clean and has a great atmosphere. The entire staff is very friendly and compassionate with their patients. They took the time to listen to my concerns and issues in order to develop an individualized rehab program that closely matched my needs. I had excellent results from my therapy. Thank you for these four months, I certainly will be back if I ever need therapy again.
