Went in today for alignment for my tundra trd pro and got Jon T (Dominican guy) cuz the other guy was busy with someone, jon was very friendly and helpful.. he listen to my concern about my alignment and my previous bad experience with last adviser(who i had told i have alignment problem, immediately he said i dont have alignment problem because of the road is creasant and bla bla bla( like i just got my driver license or something..then he test drive to try try to show me that it not a problem... one thing he was helpful with the plastic thing on my driver windshield, im glad i dont have to deal with him again today) back to jon .. he was great, i waited around 4 hours he updated me in between and gave me a copy of alignment print as i requested.. overall i watch him how he treat other customer and me.. he is excellent in what at his job and always smile, I would highly recommended to my friends and family... next time i would only request him as an adviser. Thanks Jon and the mechanic for your help today ????
