This was our first experience with Mr Appliance, and it was a very good one. Ray was an excellent technician who was very professional and friendly. Did a great job of diagnosing and explaining the problem. Communication was the best that I’ve experienced with any service company that I’ve ever hired.
My gas stove wasn’t working I called on a Monday spoke to an extremely polite woman that scheduled me an appointment on Tuesday.
The technician arrived was very polite and was able to explain the issue and what needed to be replaced along with a very reasonable price. He was very neat and efficient. I would highly recommend their service.
I cannot thank this place enough. My fridge was not working so I started to freak out. I called many other places and no one answered or they were not available for three weeks. I found Mr. Appliance and they came to service my fridge the following day! Not only was Mr. Appliance great, but the technician was even better! His name was Ray and I cannot express and explain enough how fantastic he was. He was very nice and professional from the beginning (even asking if I wanted him to take off his shoes or wear covers in the house). He explained everything he was going to do, showed me what he was doing, and also how to do it. He was extremely friendly as well and I just thought he was a fantastic worker and person. If I ever need help again with an appliance, I will pray I get Ray if I cannot request him. Mr. Appliance is incredibly lucky to have him as an employee.
I was contacted by Bosch for a recall to replace power cord on my dish washer. I was given nine reference phone numbers of local business. No one but Chris from Mr Appliance of Merrimack valley willing to take on the warranty work. I did not purchase the dish washer from them. Chris ordered the recall part, explained the process in detail and gave an estimated time frame. Damon came and installed the power cord about a month and half later. Damon is careful, courteous and professional. I am very satisfied with his work and the process. I would love to do business with Mr Appliance of Merrimack valley in the future. Thank you.
