I called Peterson Plumbing for emergency service when I had no hot water. I was very happy when Mr. Peterson showed up later that same day and began working on the problem immediately. I thought many expensive, new parts would have to be ordered and was amazed when Mr. Peterson was able to repair an expensive heating coil on my tankless system. We were so happy to get prompt, expert service at a reasonable rate and we will definitely use Peterson Plumbing again for any plumbing needs.

I called Peterson Plumbing in a panic because, in the midst of a three-day home theater install, we found water pipes running right through the ceiling where the 100" projector screen was to be installed. Jake picked up the phone on the second ring, confirmed what I needed to do, and like a life saver, was able to come by the very next morning to reroute the pipes.

The work was done professionally and quickly, despite having to dance around two other contractors on-site at the same time. The new pipes look better than new, and working great.
