Found the Crafty Cow off of Google maps on our way back to the hotel after a long day of conference speakers and a fantastic find it was. They have forty+ flavors of soft serve ice cream. More of you mix flavors. Spoke with one of the owners and he is a very pleasant person to talk to. He said they just opened the store a week ago and that all of the flavors they use are natural and the ice cream doesn't contain any high fructose corn syrup. Everyone in our group tried different flavors mixed together and loved them. If we were not from out of state, we would definitely be regulars here.

This place is awesome and the ice cream is one of the best I've had.
