We bought a Hot tub from them around 16-18 years ago - I have long since forgotten the exact date. I don't think they even sell that brand anymore, but any time I've needed a replacement part or had to put in a service call, they have been helpful. If you can still get parts and support close to 2 decades after you buy something, I'd call that pretty good customer support!
