My family and I have purchased 3 Mazdas from Liberty, and I have had a good amount of service (both warranty and non) performed here as well. Always a pleasant experience. Service manager is straight forward, friendly and helpful. Jim in sales has been great over the years. With my recent purchase, my salesperson Alex was a pleasure to work with, and the process was enjoyable from start to finish. No hard sales tactics or BS, just friendly customer service. Cannot say enough good things about Liberty Mazda. The sales team is knowledgeable, professional and courteous. Together they sought out the right vehicle as well as the right financing for me. I would be happy to refer my friends and family to Liberty. I love my Mazda 3!
I have never purchased a Mazda (die hard Subaru guy here), but I accompanied my parents throughout the process when they bought their last 3 vehicles here; 2007 Mazda3, 2014 Mazda3, and most recently a 2018 Mazda3. All 3 experiences were pleasant. Al Blank the salesman wasn't rude or pushy at all, in fact, he calmly and thoroughly explained in great detail the leasing vs buying options that would work out best for them. As far as the cars; I've yet to drive their newest one, but the 07 and 14 are very fun cars. They get great fuel economy (mid-30s average), and handle like finely tuned sports cars. I highly recommend this dealership, Al Blank the salesman, and the Mazda3 itself. Keep up the good work!
Just bought a CX5 General Touring Reserve. Our salesman, Al Blank, put us at ease immediately. He made sure we knew the negotiating process and that no offense would be taken during the process. This was very important to me as i have been going to Liberty Mazda for service for 15 years and bought my last car there. The reason i have stuck with Mazda (besides the great car) is the service at this dealership. All went well. We left with what we considered a fair deal. And they went out of their way to secure the color i really wanted. Al is very personable and took the time to go through ALL the technology in the car with us and offered to be on call should we need him. Just drove it yesterday. The tech is really simple to do, especially if you google a you tube video. ZOOM ZOOM
We had a very good experience with Albert and manager Michael. If not for the Finance guy, Fred, this would have been a 5 star dealership. The car buying experience was a very positive one with Albert and Michael! They were extremely fair and honest and willing to go out of their way (200 miles to be exact) to make sure that we were well taken care of. The car was delivered to us in superb condition, even with the nasty weather the car looked great inside and out. The only issue we had during this experience was during financing as Fred incorporated a extended wrap warranty without informing us of the additional cost - wrapped it into the loan, all before giving us any sort of idea what kind of monthly payments we were looking at. This is very shady. If we were told upfront there was an additional cost to the warranty this story would have been different - but we believed he was explaining the CPO that was included in the price of the car, not an additional cost. It wasn't until later that we questioned everything and he backtracked his statement to tell us it was going to cost an additional 3K!!
A HUGE thank you to Albert and Michael for the really enjoyable car buying experience. Even with our kids there you were both wonderful to them during the process. I would definitely come back to see those guys again for my next purchase! Our new Mazda is great!!
