(May 24, 2019, 1:39 pm)Our Roland BN-20 had a damper malfunction which in turn leaked ink into the head and fried the boards in the printhead. We contacted multiple "printer repair" places in the area which led nowhere. Justin was super helpful and was able to diagnose our problem from a few pictures. Although, we were able to replace the printhead ourselves, Justin was knowledgable, professional and friendly.
