Apex Defense Academy

My seven year old son has been taking classes here for a little over a year and he loves it. The instructors are experts who are patient and kind with all the kids. He is so proud of his progress and i am so happy to see him get some exercise every week, as well as learning the importance of discipline and hard work.

Apex defense academy is top notch! The instructors are amazing and the skills and techniques they teach you are priceless. The classes are also a great workout! Highly recommend !

Having no martial arts experience, I didnt know what to expect and admit to being a bit intimidated when I stepped in for my initial trial class. Fortunately, the instructors have done a great job at making this a supportive and positive environment for people at all skill levels. I look forward to every class and love that I can learn new skills and get a great workout at the same time.

We love Apex Defense! Our daughter has gone for years, and has grown in strength (mental and physical) and has made some great friends. We love that the teachers are both firm, and flexible with students. We are so happy that we found Apex, and we love being a part of the 'family' there.
