I was not expecting to have such a great experience at the Russell Cellular Verizon store. I received a phone call explaining the offers available to me and the option to get a new phone if I swapped my old one. I then decided to go to the store and see the new phones and case protectors and ask more questions to Antonio. He provided me with exceptional customer service and he is knowledgeable about phones, accessories and cellular plans. Thank you for enabling to have a new phone :)

Isaac Le was the most professional and helpful tech! He truly went above and beyond with his he patience and knowledge. This is the first entirely pleasant and seamless experience I have ever had getting a new phone. I basically upgraded from a stone ages primitive phone to an iPhone 13. Even during pandemic procedures, the manager, Antonio, was professional, knowledgeable, calm, kind, efficient, and resourceful. The process of transferring content to a new phone typically takes hours. It took him less than 15 minutes, even as I was upgrading from an ancient phone. In the future I will only go to this store and I will only ask for Antonio. What an amazing experience. Thank you guys so much.
