Professional and friendly front desk and housekeeping. Clean rooms and decent free breakfast. The location is great and just off the highway with some good food options nearby. Nothing to complain about!

Pretty standard Holiday Inn Express. Convenient to much of greater Boston area. Rooms a spacious and clean. All the standard ammenities. Free breakfast is pretty routine for this level of hotel. Plenty of parking. Several attractions nearby (Prospect Hill Park and Minute Man National Historical Park are both very nice). Staff was very friendly. Definitely recommended.

Got in late, around midnight. I checked in and reminded the man that we were traveling with a dog. "Oh, we were not tracking that. It's a $100 non refundable charge. Is that ok?" Um, yes since I made the reservation and asked for a pet friendly room. I'm not leaving my dog in my car all night. We came into the hotel with our stuff and I asked for extra towels and bedding for the sofa. He then tells me that my room doesn't have a sofa. Frustrated now because I already called ahead and verified this and now I'm exhausted, fine can we at least get a roll away?
" No, the 2 queen rooms don't have enough room for the roll away" ok, where am I supposed to put my son? He answered that I should take that up with whoever I made the reservation with ...which was them. Three teenagers and 2 parents. All exhausted. He then goes "oh wait, your in room 304, that's a 2 qn suite with a sofa bed". I'm like ok whatever. Really glad he couldn't see my face or read my mind when I turned to go to the elevator. How do you not know what room you are putting people in, or why don't you know that I have a pet? I made this reservation months ago. Honestly, the beds were comfy and we would have slept amazing if not for people yelling outside. I think the shower needs to be tweaked a bit. It's a large handicap accessible one, but all the water just flows into the rest of the bathroom and the sliding door to the bathroom doesn't like to stay shut. We paid $360+ including the non refundable dog charge.

We just stayed one night, we came due to an emergency and had barely slept the day before so we were late for breakfast and we had a 1 year old with us, fortunately we had Maria there on the breakfast area, she was an angel to us and helped us get fed even though it was a bit passed 9:30 am. Thank you Maria! Thank you for your hospitality, for making us feel at home and most of all, for feeding my child, that has no words. Thank you to the staff, everyone was very friendly and happy , will definitely recommend and come back again .

Life saver in a pinch! I made the mistake of booking a room at the extended stay America just up the road and was disgusted at the blood and sweat on the sheets and black mold in a few other places so I stumbled across the Holiday Inn Express on my way to try and find something else in the area. Not sure why it didn't originally pop up when I was looking for a hotel in the area but whatever. I was greeted by a nice young lady who helped me into a nice clean room without a reservation. She was very understanding and had also heard nightmare stories about the ESA I had just come from. I am very thankful and will be booking again soon as I have another trip to the area upcoming. The room itself was impeccably clean and so was the bedding, no bed bugs, blood stains or other disgusting messes. The bed was a bit soft for my taste but I have back problems and prefer a firm mattress but that's not a reason to take a star away.

I received a horrible paint job from another company and I brought it to these guys and all I can say is wow! The paint job looks amazing! I recommend you go to these guys for any body work and paint work
