Then all of a sudden I got a phone call a couple of weeks ago it was the girl who always made my visits at lapels fast & easy. She told me she had realized I had not been there in a few months as i was a regular customer, I explained to her why and she stated that the old staff was back that means they have me back as a customer. That is the type of customer service I am talking about. They truly do care about their customers.
(January 3, 2019, 10:09 am)Just recently used Lapels Dry Cleaning for the first time to clean my winter jacket that I've been putting off for months. It came back to me quickly and didn't smell off at all and it was reasonably priced.
The only reason I knocked off a star was because they had safety pinned my hood through the fabric. There was a perfectly good place to put the safety pin through that wouldn't have made a hole. See photo attached.
(April 2, 2018, 6:17 pm)Just started using Lapels recently and am extremely happy with the dry cleaning and other services offered (free pick-up and delivery to my office is fantastic). Email reminders are a bonus. Highly recommended!
