St. Patrick’s is a very vibrant parish full of loving people. Father Matthew , a Dorchester boy, is wonderful. My favorite moment is when Father Matt asked the parishioners to attend a funeral mass for a homeless man with no family. I attended and the church was full ; very special.
Exalent
Both Father Sepe and Father Mathew are wonderful. Their homilies make us laugh and we usually have a lot to discuss/think about afterwards. We’ve really enjoyed attending mass here while living in the Boston area.
Beautiful building. It looks out of place in the middle of the city. I have only been here for a funeral, but the clergy were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend stopping by, just to admire the building.
A wonderful active Catholic parish. it is the merging of two local parishes: St Patrick on Main St with Sacred Heart on Mt Auburn Street. Vibrant and involved congregation is welcoming and friendly. high sacramental index.
