Amazing keratin treatment! I've gotten a number of keratin treatments but this has been my best so far. So smooth and silky! I went in with coarse, curly and weird length hair as I was trying to grow it out after a bad pixie cut. She did an amazing job with the keratin and then gave me a haircut that totally hid all the weird lengths of hair that I had.

the owners are super courteous and worked really hard to make my visit comfortable and to make me happy! Can't wait to go back.

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin? I had the most amazing keratin treatment today with Cassia. As soon as I walked in the door (it was my first visit to D'Ciro) I was so warmly greeted by Cassia and her husband, I felt as if I had been going there for years! Before we even began the process, Cassia sat down with me to explain the entire process while evaluating the condition of my hair. I have extremely fine, curly and very damaged hair. Cassia explained how a keratin treatment is not a one size fits all method and therefore determined what would work best for my hair, she really cares about her clients! It was a 3-hour process, but honestly, it felt like no longer than an hour because the experience itself was so pleasant! Cassia continued to talk me through everything she was doing and also explained the reasoning behind each process. At the end of the treatment, she had me feel the back of my hair, it was pure silk! I didn't recognize the hair that I was looking at in the mirror. My dry, curly, frizzy, unruly hair was magically transformed into smooth, silky, incredibly shiny hair that suddenly had this back and forth movement that you would normally see in a shampoo commercial! How could this be MY hair?! Well, thanks to Cassia, this is now my hair! I can't wait to go back for my next keratin treatment, I even asked Cassia to please never retire! Thank you so much for such a warm, friendly and incredibly professional experience!!
