I initially sought out acupuncture care for digestive issues but have experienced an entire new world with Sahar. She has helped me immensely with things that I didn't even know could be helped- stress, excessive anxiety, hormone imbalances, shoulder pain, and that's just the tip of the ice berg. Every time I go to Sahar I learn more about myself, my health, and my wellness.
As soon as you step into her space you feel a sense of care, a sense of community, a sense of ease, a breath or fresh air. I instantly feel better the moment I arrive and my day is completely improved each time I leave.
I am a firm believer in both acupuncture and in Sahar! -

(March 13, 2019, 12:59 pm)For the longest time I had so much pain. Nothing worked. Meds or doctors. I feared needles and it's hard to trusting the person that works on you is so nice. It should help you relax help with pain. She has even help me with Allergies. I feel so much better.
