The community welcomed me with a warm, inviting, cozy feeling that I needed in order to make this move. I really feel at home here. I have the independence to make my own schedule while having the options to attend various activities and lectures. I really have made some great friends here like Jim, and together we enjoy our weekly poker tournaments and competitive Jeopardy games that happen in the Great Room. I appreciate all the help the staff has given me and my wife especially. They always go above and beyond for everyone here, and the food is terrific! Paige, the receptionist, is first-class and is willing to help any resident with concern. Libby, Jason, Jenn and the rest of the management team here has really made Traditions a great place.”

I was also suffering from some unpleasant shin splints from running and jumping rope. All I was told was to stop working out... I get too much enjoyment and health benefits out of exercising to take a significant amount of time off, just to see if these issues would just go away on their own. Figured I would give this a try as I was pretty sure it couldn't make it worse. One treatment and the pain in both my bicep and my shins was reduced by 80%. Amazing to say the least.
