I'm so thankful for Blair! Working with her has been amazing, and it's because of her that I am now able to run again after some debilitating pelvic & tailbone pain I experienced postpartum.
She was recommended to me by a friend after I had seen no improvement from months of rest prescribed by an Orthopedic doctor (after X-Rays & an MRI). I began seeing Blair every 2-3 weeks starting in December of 2021. My goal was to get back to running, and she got me there by the spring! In every session with her she shared her vast knowledge about what was going on with my muscles & tailbone, and educated me on all of the treatments that she was doing. She gave me a digestible list of exercises to do between sessions, and with each session I saw improvement.
She is an absolute expert and has a great demeanor—professional yet relaxed, knowledgeable, approachable, kind, and has a good sense of humor.
I highly recommend her to any postpartum mom or anyone suffering from pelvic pain or injury. I always look forward to my visits with her and I feel like I've walked away with a new awareness of my body.
Blair is absolutely phenomenal! I have seen her prenatally and for a postpartum visit. I had back pain prenatally and Blair gave me some hands on work and exercises that made me feel so much better and took away my back pain. I was supposed to be induced and Blair helped talk me through my rights as a patient and different things to help prepare me for birth. After having my baby, I wasn’t sure what exercises would be beneficial to help my body recover. Blair evaluated me and went over them in depth. I can now exercise with confidence and know that I am doing the right thing for my body! Blair has taught me so much about pre and postpartum care that I wouldn’t have known otherwise.I would be lost if it weren’t for Blair and I cannot recommend her enough! She’s a true master of her craft and is an amazing person. Do yourself a favor and schedule a visit! I promise it is worth every single penny!
I’ve been seeing Blair throughout my second pregnancy and I can honestly say she works miracles. She has helped me not only minimize my pelvic floor pain (brought on from my previous labor/delivery), but she’s made me feel supported and confident going into my next delivery in just a few weeks. She’s clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about her field of work, and she’s personable and easy to talk to, which makes our sessions even more enjoyable. I recommend her 10x over to literally everyone!
I had never even heard of pelvic floor PT until well after my most recent birth. I spent the better part of 4 years pregnant (2 live births, a stillbirth, and an early miscarriage). This last pregnancy was the worst of all. My symptoms and struggles have been mild compared to some and so I always thought “that’s just how it is!” But it isn’t! Blair has helped me strengthen many muscles, overall helping my health and well being. My pelvic floor is getting stronger and healing! I hope to have a few more kids in the future, and I am so thankful to know that when that time comes my body will be stronger and healthier because of the work Blair has helped me do. I can’t stop recommending her to literally anyone who has birthed humans! 😂
Blair is absolutely incredible! She is so passionate and knowledgeable in the work that she does. I began seeing her during pregnancy for sacral pain and continue to see her now postnatally. I felt better and more prepared going into labor having worked with her. I especially love that she gives realistic exercises to work on at home that can easily fit into your everyday routine. She is my most favorite person I saw as part of my pregnancy and postpartum team of people.
