Gorgeous in November with a good amount of trails of variables lengths. Well maintained with good facilities. Plenty of benches to sit and enjoy a moment of respite. Thumbs Up!

Such a refreshing spot for mountain biking, Kayaking, boating, fishing, tubing and pretty much anything the outdoor enthusiast are in to. If you like nature and would love to explore outdoors, you'll find something that you'd enjoy.
The park offers great mountain bike trails for beginners and intermediate level bikers. The trails are well maintained and clearly marked with mile markers and signs.

Great disc golf course with 19 holes and a few are over water. Very wooded course to play and some tight shots off the tee pad. Very nice course to play and a lot of bike trails also.

This was our third time coming here. It is always so nice!

We came here on a busy Sunday and we were still able to find parking. The park itself is easy to find and is far back from the main road. The park has a hiking trail, 3 mountain bike trails, shelters, and a nice playground.

There is a 5 mile walking trail that loops you around while staying fairly close to the water for most of it. There are a lot of places where you are able to walk to the water for some great views! Looks like there was some neat places to relax- we saw several folks who had hammocks put up!

There are turtles here as well. We found a little guy right in the middle of the trail!

We love it here- it was great to spend the day to unwind!

Having never had acupuncture before, I was amazed at how relaxing it was. Dr. King was so calm and reassuring. I like the fact that she has experience in both western and eastern medicine and recently completed her doctorate in acupuncture and Chinese medicine. I would highly recommend her.

When our daughter was only a few weeks old, she was very colicky. She had a lot of GI issues which caused a lot of discomfort for her. We took her to Cynthia and she was so kind and compassionate. She took good care of her, and her treatments helped to ease her symptoms. As a new mom, Cynthia also treated me with acupuncture that helped me to feel better and more like myself. We highly recommend her!

Cynthia is a healer in the truest sense of the word. She has helped me overcome severe allergies to ragweed and numerous molds. She has assisted me with sleep issues and I now am able to get a good night's rest. I have a renewed sense of vitality and health. At age 66 I am feeling decades younger. Thank you Cynthia!

Dr. King is great! After just a few treatments, I’ve felt better than I have in ages. I highly recommend this practice.

I always have a great experience with Dr. King. She helped with my allergies and made me feel comfortable around my fear of needles.

We came here for a trail walking, the peninsula trail is about 5 mile long. It’s pretty flat with little elevation, well shaded and has a lot of benches at the beginning/the end of the trail. If you walk clockwise, the water will be on your left for almost 4 mile long, you’ll see some little ponds on your right, where you can find turtles frogs toad and even snakes! Very nice park with clean bathrooms. A lot of people come here to bike, kayak/ paddle board and disc golf.
