Granite Willow

I have had the opportunity to work alongside of Jessica and learn from her regarding dementia, in home services for the elderly, planning for end of life, etc. As someone who is going through this with my parents right now…her knowledge and advice has been remarkable. She has a strong commitment to this population and contributing to the field. I definitely would recommend her and Granite Willow to anyone who may be going through this chapter in life or knows someone who is. We need more resources like hers.

Granite willow’s staff is top notch. Communication is key for me and they nail it. Very easy to schedule and request services. Someone is always available to answer any question I may have and their staff really cares. Highly recommend.

Granite Willow was there with top notch care when my family was in need of extra assistance for my grandmother. It helped my whole family and put all our anxieties at ease to know that there is always someone with her and that she is well taken care of and gets to her appointments and takes her medicine. Now when I stop by to visit- her laundry is done and her groceries are stocked- her mail is current and she is dressed and enjoying her day and on schedule again. I get to actually visit with her and not have to catch up on chores for the first couple hours. I am very impressed with all the staff and feel very fortunate to have found this company.

I have not used Granite Willow's services yet, but, if I need help in the future, they will be my first call. Jess is incredibly focused on service and outstanding customer care. She is trustworthy and highly detail oriented and will go out of her way to make sure that her clients and their families are taken care of - I have witnessed this firsthand. If you need help definitely give Granite Willow a call.

I can't speak highly enough with our experience with Granite Willow. Jessica is so knowledgeable and has so many resources to share. Anyone who has a loved one with dementia should reach out and ask about their Dementia Tour, where through a simulated experience you can gain eye-opening, heartbreaking and helpful insight as to what that experience is like. It's an incredible and compassionate company.
