Tim came out, checked on my hot water heater, explained the issues, and went the extra mile of hunting around all over the place to find one and install it the same day. From start to finish he kept me informed and did a great job. Will use these guys again in the future.
(November 24, 2018, 6:25 pm)My heating system stopped working on a freezing cold thanksgiving day, I called them, talked to Tim he was very nice and helpful talked me through the process, sent his team over my house, they were prompt, reliable and a reasonable price. I highly recommend them. Thank you so much for the excellent service!!!!!

Called over Thanksgiving weekend and they talked us through a relatively quick fix over the phone to avoid an emergency charge to have someone come out to the house when it wasn’t necessary. Very nice and good to deal with. I’d recommend them.
