(February 19, 2017, 7:01 pm)Open 24/7 which is great for a workout anytime. Bathrooms can be a little dirty. Usually not too crowded to get a workout, especially in the morning or at lunch.
(February 16, 2017, 2:06 am)An oldie, but a goodie! The club is set back from the main road and is a diamond in the rough. Although the facility shows its age, it makes up for it in spaciousness and equipment choices. The cardio equipment is not lacking in any area and the free weights are nothing to turn your nose up at. There's a spinning room, a yoga studio next door and plenty of private changing space. Next time I'm in the area I will definitely stop by.....ANYTIME!

(September 16, 2016, 12:15 pm)A wonderful place to work out 24/7. You can hit the gym whenever you feel like. Also, their customer service is awesome. Never had a problem unlike other big gym chains where they ignore their customers after they sign up. A big thumbs up!
(January 21, 2016, 4:18 pm)This place feels like it was ripped out the pages of 1970 body building awesomeness. If you breath in real hard you can almost smell the blood sweet and tears of those who came before you trying to better themselves. If you are looking for a feel good gym with prissy trainers and pizza night this place ain't it. The trainers here look tough as nails as they chip away at their clients like they are Michelangelo trying to create a even more perfect modern David. The owner is top notch and will find and greet any out of towner like he has known them for years. Don't even get me started on the heavy lifting polite gym regulars who move fluidly from station to station telling gravity to screw itself as they add more iron in preparation for the next set. So if you are ever in the area and feel the need to get in a good pump, don't just slump around the hotel gym. Get yourself an anytime fitness membership and hang out at this place it will be a pleasure.
