(January 6, 2023, 3:18 pm)I had a leaking flat roof. Stella company did a good job replacing the roof. Steve and his crews were very professional and trustworthy. They did exactly what they promised to do and finished the job on time and professionally. From start to finish, Steve was very responsive to my requests and questions. Their price is already very reasonable. I would certainly hire them again for my future projects and highly recommend them to you as well.
(November 30, 2022, 5:49 pm)Needed some roof patching where shingles had fallen off, and also needed chimney repointing (mortar was falling out). Stella had done roof repairs for me previously and I had been satisfied with that work, so I hired them again. Job was completed quite quickly, and the work was high quality. No hassles or problems. Would definitely recommend.

It was a complicated project for a variety of reasons: 5th floor roof, difficult to access, in a historic district, etc. Stella shepherded us through the entire process with outstanding results. They even got us a great deal on architectural services we needed to get our historic district approval. We loved working with their entire team, both the roofing team, Steve Sr., Patrick, and Frank, and the amazing deck building team, who were in and out of here so quickly that we didn't even learn their names. Steve Balsavich is reliable and extremely knowledgeable. He kept his word on everything, including quality and price. We would recommend Stella Construction to anyone. Five Stars ++++.
(October 24, 2022, 2:24 pm)I had a great experience with Stella! They replaced an old skylight in my house, and the whole transaction happened efficiently and with full transparency. Steve came out for a consultation, gave me time to make my decision, and then had the new skylight installed the same week I signed his contract. He answered all my questions both at the consultation and after I got his contract, really making sure I felt confident in his service. He and his worker were done within a few hours of arriving at my house, including checking with me that everything happened as I anticipated. He didn't mark up the price of the skylight unit, which made his quote a little lower than the others I got - I also found other companies harder to get ahold of, and would provide little to no info about their services before coming out for a consultation. Stella was a great choice based not only on their service, but their willingness to be as transparent as possible.
(August 18, 2022, 6:00 pm)Steve at Stella was efficient, responsive, kind, and professional. I am very happy with the work his team did replacing my roof. The cherry on top is that they left my property spotless and put all of my outdoor furniture back where it was originally. I can't recommend them enough.
