Their ideas were fantastic, from enlarging windows and adding French Doors to removing walls and connecting the colors and decor throughout. They took the time to get to know me and therefore their recommendations spoke to me in every way. They were and still are responsive to me and have become an extension of my family. I especially like their Hunter Douglas collection of products. They do unique installations as distinct as their owners. Shaun Burgess is indeed talented and gives excellent support to clients. I listen to his ideas. They stand behind their products and their installation team is great. I have bought from them many times over the years. Get to know Shaun. (January 28, 2020, 3:53 pm)A quick visit to Tyler & Sash for a wallpaper sample over three years ago has turned me into a customer for life. Not only did Josh and Shaun help me find the wallpaper I was looking for, they also assisted me in choosing coordinating drapery, furniture, art, lighting and accessories. They are more than just window treatments - truly one stop shopping! They have a wonderfully curated collection of fabrics and wallpaper in the store, but they can also order you any samples that they don't have in stock. And best of all, they are a pleasure to work with!
(February 10, 2019, 7:58 pm)We purchased a 30-year-old condominium on a golf course and needed to remodel everything. We met with Tyler & Sash (Shaun, Josh and Janette) and were immediately impressed with their thoughtful suggestions and guidance for the project, which for them included painting, wallpaper and window treatments throughout the house, as well as some carpet and the selection of a number of new pieces of furniture for various rooms. We appreciated their desire and ability to understand our tastes, and to make recommendations for us that were consistent with our preferences but also stretched us in some cases to selections that we might not have chosen ourselves, but which proved to be masterful touches. Our new neighbors have been wowed by the total result and insisted that we give them the name of our interior design advisors, which we were delighted to provide and enthusiastically recommend. The interior has some striking features, including cathedral ceiling in the living room/dining room, two beautiful fireplaces and a foyer also with good height up to a second floor landing. Their choices of wallpaper accented these features perfectly. The window treatments/drapes complete the rooms nicely. The new furniture pieces (upholstered chairs and ottomans, lamps and an end table all sourced through their chosen suppliers) are the highest quality, beautiful in their own right and very fitting in their places. We couldn't be any happier with the result, and with the experience (through many meetings and on-site visits), and the follow-up we enjoyed with Tyler & Sash. Most highly recommended.
(February 8, 2019, 6:35 am)I blindly walked into Tyler & Sash without a recommendation and immediately knew I had walked into the right place. Shaun kindly greeted me and set up an appointment to come to my home to help me with window treatments. We were (and still are) in the middle of completing a renovation of the entire house. It's an old house and some of the windows are a bit tricky to work with. Shaun put me at ease right away and was able to execute on the type of window treatments I was hoping for in each room. A previous consultation with a different company had told me they could not do Roman shades for certain windows in my house, but Shaun immediately had a solution. Both Shaun and Josh helped me with fabric choices for each room and I couldn't be happier with the results. They have a beautiful array of fabrics at the store and were so helpful in assisting me with each choice. They take a lot of pride in their work and it shows. I highly recommend them and am confident you'll be as pleased as I am with their results.
