“I take strong exception to the review posted by Jessica Lynn regarding Crawford’s Children and Youth Minister Jessica Rubenstein. This negative description presents an inaccurate view of Ms. Rubenstein and her work with Trans youth. Her supposed “words” have likely been taken out of context and cobbled together to depict an image that is diametrically opposed to her experience and work with all youth—straight and LGBTQ. The Youth Group at Crawford provides a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental environment in which young people can explore ideas and learn how to communicate with others effectively and respectfully. I have been involved with this youth group for a number of years and can personally attest to Ms. Rubenstein’s compassion and dedication to the welfare of every member of the group. The inaccuracy of this post forces me to ask if its author was attempting to discourage youths from seeking support. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, and to the right to express views. The biggest problem with social media today is the growth of inaccurate, often false announcements and stories, made by faceless, un-sourced authors, whose claims that the information presented is for “public interest and good” are often based on faulty data or even outright deceit. My advice is, if you want to discover whether something is true and right for you, you must see and experience it for yourself. Remember, “Believe what you like, but don’t believe everything you read without questioning it.” [Quote: Pauline Baynes, 1922-2008]”

“Lauri and the crew at New England Marine are awesome! I was referred to them by my broker and it was one of the best suggestions he made. I have no idea what really happened behind the scenes but I'm quite certain that if I had to handle it all on my own, I would be a much more stressed first-time boat owner. They handled my Coast Guard documentation, Bills of Sale, tracking down a missing Title, getting the Title corrected when they found mistakes, and I'm sure the list goes on. Lauri even continued to help keep me on track when registering my boat in New Jersey, a state they don't provide service for. Their service is invaluable and I cannot recommend them highly enough.”

“Mr. Willis taught piano to my three daughters and my niece. He is lovely, charming, kind and calm. He plays piano like an angel and I looked forward to the lessons as much as my daughters did. I recommend his most highly and without reservation. His students are so lucky to have him!”

“I searched quite a bit for private lessons for my daughter and I am glad I found The Piano Studio of Winchester. Sara has been learning from R J for over three years now and there has been a dramatic improvement in her piano playing. The emphasis here is on the right technique and making making the student capable of understanding and playing great music, not on running after levels and stage performances. This is the best place to get private music lessons in the area without a doubt. My second daughter can't wait to turn 5 and start the lessons too. Highly recommended!”
