“I found myself at the Verizon Store on Cambridge are Woburn unexpectedly. My phone kept losing power and suddenly got extremely hot. Like most, my phone is vital to my business and daily life. I was greeted by the store manager Ashleigh. Who informed me I needed a new phone. Which wasn’t the news I was hoping for, but with an hour or so she got me up and running with a new phone. And even looked into my account and saved me some serious money on my monthly bill. When I had a question a day or two later she followed up with me promptly, even though it was her day off she didn’t wait to respond. It been a long time since I received such superior customer service. I would highly recommend this Verizon store. Ashleigh was truly a delight to work with.”

“At first I was skeptical whether barre would help me tone since I am not built like a ballerina. I am 5’10” and over 50. After a few initial lessons and learning the stance of the various exercises my confidence grew and my body improved. The instructors are fabulous. You have to get used to them correcting you by calling you out by name or physically adjusting you, but that is how you learn and improve. I am thrilled I joined and am keeping with it. “I work down the road and needed to get my car inspected. I came by right around 520pm after they closed (which I didn't know) and the owner was fantastic. He said that unfortunately he had already close down the system, but that if I gave him a call he would stay open so I could swing by on my way home from work the next day! He was incredibly flexible which I have not seen anywhere else. On top of it, when I came back for the inspection the man working was great and got me in and out in 25 minutes! I would highly recommend them for their great customer service!”
