Very kind and friendly staff and a quick process after an unfortunate injury.

They are AMAZING!!! We went with our 14 months old baby and from the front desk, to the nurse and the doctor, everyone was sooooo nice, explain everything in the kindest and sweetest way possible. They cover every area of concern, and it’s so great that they are open until midnight. They saved us from going to the hospital and spend a lot of hours waiting... As a parent I can’t thank you enough for been there, been kind and gave us the care my baby was needing.

We were there last night with our daughter and the attention received from everybody was beyond excellent, from the staff member at the front desk to the nurses and the doctor. Everyone was very nice, friendly and professional.

I don’t write reviews , but really was compelled to do one for pm urgent care. This was by far the best urgent I have ever been to . It was so clean and organized. My son is asthmatic and needed something extra for his lungs. They were extremely prompt with waiting times . We were in and out in literally an hour.
The doctor , nurses and receptionist were the nicest most caring people ! As a mother , there is nothing more I could ask for . I will recommend this place all day long for anyone with children !

Walked in at 3pm, no call ahead, freaking out needing covid test results before noon the next day so I could participate in my schools track meet. The nurses were super understanding and got me tested within ten minutes of me walking in. Reassured me tho it wasn’t guaranteed since they didn’t even open till noon and it was a pcr test that they would do the most they could to get them back quick. And I got them the next day at 10:30am! Phenomenal, great, and quick service and better people, whatever doctor was looking out for me I commend and thank you.
