  I was in town for Business, room/bathroom was was very clean and bed was decent. Hotel needs some upgrade though, like carpets in the hallway, and much quiter heater/AC unit. I would also mention that you pay close attention to room assignment, I reserved the floor with concierge service which is on the 4th floor, when I arrived I was given the 3rd. When I went back to the front desk they fixed it right away. I'm just confused how that was missed in the first place...giving them benefit of the doubt though!

  Good hotel. Clean room and it appeared to have been updated somewhat recently. Bed was too soft for my liking but otherwise it was a comfortable stay.

  My room was very clean and modern. Staff was always polite and attentive. I liked the accessible shower. My bed was quite comfortable with a selection of down pillows. The only complaint I have is that the HVAC unit was kind of noisy, but that's not even worth taking off a star.

  Stayed here in July and I must say Crown Plaza never disappoints. We checked in late after a 12 hour road trip and the check in was so quick and smooth we did not get annoyed. The rooms are LARGE and super clean. The service was great and breakfast was amazing.

  We went to Scoreboard after a wedding close by. It was a fun vibe with a mix of live band and regular music. The food was just okay, good for bar food I guess. We played some keno, danced, had some drinks and good conversation. Overall it was a good night. We wished it was open a little later though.
