He let me experience different guns and wasn’t trying to sell me the most expensive one, he genuinely cared about what I was most comfortable with. He’s welcoming, friendly and has an awesome dog! 10/10 would recommend this place. Thank you for an awesome experience, I’ll be back soon!

(August 24, 2018, 8:55 pm)Awesome shop! Chris, the new owner, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the firearms industry. He keeps well-stocked and gets some interesting used pieces in there quite often.
I've always been annoyed when small gun shops do not keep up with market prices and competitors, and are offended when you make an offer that is comparable to other nearby shops, but Precision Point actually keeps updated on all this and prices their inventory very competitively. It's important to support these new businesses--give your patronage to them as you'll receive great service, a great chat, and a great gun at a great price. They also keep a nice selection of accessories as well.
Ignore the few ridiculous negative reviews posted--there's always some idiot who complains they didn't get everything they wanted in the shop for free or expects the shop to violate gun laws. Chris does a great job and cares about his customers...and his dog is awesome. Will definitely continue to do business with them, thanks!
(March 7, 2018, 4:57 pm)I was looking to purchase my first firearm, and Precision was recommended to me from a friend. Chris was extremely helpful, going over all I needed to know about care, maintenance and safety. It turned a single purchase into one for both my wife and I. I’ve been in other gun shops, and Chris’ level of customer service far exceeds any other. Since then I’ve made other purchases from him, all very easy. I’ve also since referred others to him, all have had great experiences. Precision Point is the go to place in the Woburn/Burlington area for great customer service in this industry. I look forward to doing much more business here!
