Great and Honest mechanic, being new to the state of Massachusetts I had no idea where to go for a mechanic I feel extremely lucky to have found this establishment. Worked with Steve as I thought something was wrong with my Jeep but he checked the transmission fluid and took me on a test drive with the car and assured me my car transmission was running good. 100% go to Steve with any trabsmission problems you have because he is a great guy and knows his stuff.
It was a very good experience working with Steve. He was honest and gave me a fair price on fixing my 2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee transmission ( governor solenoid and sensor). I would definitely recommend Precision Transmission for any of your transmission needs!
I went for a second opinion after my dealership told me I needed a new transmission. Steve spent 30 minutes with my car, including taking it for a test drive, and told me my transmission was fine. He even helped me find help from a general mechanic to determine the problem (which was a cracked air duct, at a repair cost of under $100). And he did not ask for any compensation, though I would have paid for his time willingly. He saved me $3000+
