Courteous receptionist. Unit spacious, clean and well lit. The carts are added bonus. Much different from previous storage company. Excellent price with what appears to be no hidden costs( I.e double price in 6 months)

Very impressed with Prime Storage Bellingham and really appreciated the staff's efforts to set up a cost effective long term storage for our items. Storages are clean and well laid-out, and staff is very helpful.

Holy cow! We had an amazing experience with enterprise Cave Creeks location. Specifically, Tyler Jourdan. He was so helpful getting us lined up with a car when we were stuck in a situation without one. Super customer service and just so accommodating and easy. He was a true pleasure to work with and even connected with us personally, his aunt and uncle living where we were visiting from, Libertyville, IL. He is definitely deserving of a promotion.

Cave Creek agent was very friendly, was Covid aware, provided quick service. Same upon return of the car. Will certainly use this service again.

Cave Creek Enterprise is a great facility. Top-notch customer service, great vehicles. Only wish their business hours were better (not open weekends) and that they would provide a key drop. That said, their customer service is tremendous and they work with me on returns. Highly recommend
