“I do love Chili's so I'm not basing my rating on this one experience but all of them. Today at Chili's was not as good as I'm used to but still ok. Food took forever to come out like 45 minutes and it didn't even appear to be that busy. We did get complimentary chips and salsa but so does anyone who sits at the bar so it didn't feel that special. When the food did finally come it was very good. We later ordered a chocolate lava cake and it wasn't even heated up. The lava in the middle was hard as a rock. Someone obviously forgot to put it in the microwave. They brought out a second one that was correct”
