“Before I started CrossFit I honestly didn’t know much about it, there are a lot of false stigmas about CrossFit but CFTC is truly an amazing place. Not only do you gain a lot of health benefits from CrossFit but the atmosphere is always so friendly and your surrounded with encouraging and hardworking people. I’m still in high school and most kids my age are struggling to find workouts that suit them best. Going to a gym alone can be very unmotivating but when going to CrossFit no matter how unmotivated you are feeling, you always seem to push harder when you’re surrounded by others who are helping you accomplish your goals. I started off pretty hesitant coming into CrossFit, not looking for much but just a summer workout to keep me in shape. It turned into a place where I can go and challenge myself and push against others to see amazing results that I never would have if I just went to a gym by myself. CrossFit has helped a lot with my athletics and fitness, I feel a lot stronger and faster on the lacrosse field and it has made a huge difference in my lacrosse game for me. You don’t have to be an amazing athlete to start CrossFit because any and every workout can be scaled to your ability and all the coaches are very good at making sure everyone stays safe. It’s an amazing and welcoming community that is friendly to everyone at all ages. It’s suitable for anyone too and it’s all what you want out of it, it can be a place to relieve stress and get a workout in or a place where you can reach a whole new level of fitness and push yourself to your limits. I am so happy to have found CFTC because it has made me in way better shape and there are always new things to work on and improve when I am at the gym!!”

“We've done three projects with D&D and have been thoroughly satisfied with them all. They do high-quality work at a fair price and are unceasingly friendly and cooperative. On our most recent project, 120 feet of fencing that were specified on the estimate were unavailable due to damage from a series of late-season snowstorms. So D&D built the fence instead. The workaround probably added two days to the schedule, but there were no complaints and no talk of renegotiating price. And the fence is fantastic. D&D doesn't just do great work, they're also a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them.”

“Great place, nice bellinghamers staffing it. So there are a lot of free things to get rid of hardware, metal, paint, glass, the normal recyclables such as cardboard, paper, plastic, etc, but there is now recently been a change to prior free items. Those items are 4 tires per year per resident after 4 its $5 a tire, 1 free tv per year then 25-35 per tv. I am sure I am forgetting a few things bit just make sure you bring your license and you will be goid to go my fellow bellinghamers!”

She took the time to go through each item and was very thoughtful, knowing that each of these things represented something special in my son's life. The finished product was more amazing than I could have imagined and it is something that my son will take with him to college. Very professional, thoughtful and beautiful work.
