I brought my car for maintenance service yesterday. They did everything it needed to be done in a timely manner. I want to knowledge Lawrence for his professionalism and kindness. I talked to him about a rear light that needed to be put back in the insert. It looked like mission impossible but Lawrence and the service department fix the problem. They went above and beyond . Thank you very much!!

I had Victor as my go to salesman. He was outstanding. I've been looking for an SUV to trade my minivan for that had enough space for my two boys and also a good size trunk. They gave me an awesome deal on my minivan for a trade in amount. He also found me the perfect SUV. I ended up leasing a 2021 RAV4 since it was within my budget and I couldn't be happier. The car is beautiful inside and out and the technology is insane. Victor was very knowledgeable and helped me out big time. He showed me how to use each feature that the car has. I highly recommend him !

Best car-buying experience I've ever had, hands-down. Super low-pressure, up-front and easy to talk to. I ended up going here after having a terrible time working another major Toyota dealer in the area, and the whole experience was night-and-day. I never felt pressured or rushed, and the whole process was incredibly pleasant.

I enjoyed working with these guys so much I almost want to find another car to buy from them just so I can do it all again. (Not really, but seriously: these guys rock, and if I'm ever in the market for another Toyota, I already know where I'm going.) I'd recommend them to anyone.

Excellent Experience! We purchased two cars from Toyota of Braintree in 2020, both were CPO. Even during COVID, the dealership made the experience easy ... great inventory at a good price. Further, their CPO Program continues to care for the car with regular service for one year after purchase. This year of working with their service department demonstrated how easy and convenient it is to maintain the vehicle. We look forward to continuing this relationship for the extended life of the cars.
