  Same day appointments that start on time are available. Dr. Steiner spends the necessary amount of time needed for the visit, no rushing or hurried visits. Dr. Steiner also takes the time needed to answer any and all questions asked by the patient and/or family members. He's actually available 24 hours a day by cell phone or pager which is unheard of these days for a primary care physician. Any issues day or night you can call/page him directly.   Had a really bad fall and hurt my lower back, I was limping, couldn't lift my leg more than six inches off the ground without extreme sharp pain and could barely stand up straight even after a few days. Went to see Jack as he was recommended by a colleague to see if this was something he can help with. My first impression of Jack was that he was a very honest and friendly. Told me right away that he can help, came in for treatment the next day and it was like magic, never felt so relaxed and I was able to move again stand up straight, lift my legs, my lower back was no longer as painful walking and I could even stretch my back with no pain at all. Even told me that most likely I will not need another treatment for this. One very satisfied patient here!! I highly recommend solution heal for any type of pain call Jack for a consult you won't regret it, trust me anything to get back to a normal life with no pain.

  Like most seniors I have a number of medical issues including issues that I received in the military during the Vietnam era. Dr. Steiner always takes the time to talk to me to explain what’s going on and answers texts that I send them in the off hours, it’s the best way for me to receive medical care. When I go to see Dr. Steiner we discuss other matters then just medicine . We will talk about my military service, ball games, and what’s going on and also with my wife’s cancer. Even though she is not a member of MDVIP Dr Steiner helps me to understand.
  This is absolutely the best way for me to receive medical care. I have a world of respect and I like Dr. Steiner and I actually enjoy seeing him when I go into his office. There’s no rush I can take my time and read my list of issues with him and he will take his time to make sure I understand.
  He also has a wonderful, caring and respectful staff who are very knowledgeable. They also take care of my other medical needs such as when I ask them to refill a prescription or to set up an appointment for an x-ray or an MRI that it will done in a timely way.
  Seeing Dr. Steiner and MDVIP has fulfilled all the desires I’ve had for many years for the delivery of medical care. As an aside my children also like Dr. Steiner when they call and have questions for him about me. He certainly goes the extra yard.

  Dr. James Steiner has been a very important figure in my life as both my physician and as a friend. He has given me outstanding care with a personal touch that shows he truly cares about me as a person. I place great faith in his recommendations and have full confidence in the treatment he gives me. And when I have needed a recommendation as to a specialist such as for recent cataract surgery, his choices have been excellent.

  I have been a patient of Dr. Steiner's for more than seven years. He is a remarkable physician. While a skilled diagnostician, he also listens well to his patient, and provides clear and understandable answers to all my questions. There is never the sense that he is rushing you to attend the next patient. I am indeed fortunate to have Dr. Steiner as my primary care physician.

  I’ve been a patient of Jack for 3 years about to be 4! He’s helping me with treating ulcerative colitis. He’s very attentive and uses multiple forms of acupuncture; he’s very knowledgeable. 5 Stars. Thanks Jack.

  Jack is excellent!!! His acupuncture treatments are amazing! He is very flexible with his schedule and really takes the time to learn and understand his patients. I told him what my issues were and he was able to quickly adjust to my needs. He provides the exact kind of friendly, professional, and reliable services you would want and expect. Definitely do not hesitate to schedule an appointment and go see Jack soon. It will be well worth it!

  Dr. Steiner is one of the kind, compassionate, caring doctors I have even seen. He truly cares about his patients and listens to them. When he talks to you he does it so you can understand. He does not talk at you. Thank you for being one of the good ones. His staff is also amazing and goes the extra mile to help.
