  POST Physical Therapy provides a much higher level of care than anywhere else I have been. I am a physician and an aging runner. Over the past decade, I have had a series of injuries that have sidelined me for varying amounts of time and have gone to multiple cookie cutter physical therapy practices to try and help my recovery. When I finally found POST physical therapy, I learned about what is possible with a program that provides a thorough individualized approach informed by current best practices with a deep bench of experienced providers. Injuries that I was sure would nag me forever have resolved and new injuries are addressed quickly and thoroughly. I have seen multiple providers in the practice including Jia Li, Scott Caplan, Cherie Boucher and Luke Ferdinands and have all provided a uniformly excellent level of care and are a pleasure to work with.
  
  I have now referred multiple friends, family and patients, from the very young to the elderly, to POST physical therapy. These include people trying to recovery from sports injuries, convalescing from surgery as well as addressing chronic injuries. All agree: POST Physical Therapy provides top notch care, has speeded their recovery and helped them to remain healthy.
  
  The staff at the reception desk, Vanessa, Nikki and Julianne are also excellent. Responsive, friendly and helpful, they always find a way to fit me into the schedule. I cannot recommend POST PT highly enough.

  I hated every moment of rehab but without Luke and his attention to my injuries from time and time again I would not have been able to recover in the time and degree to perform any of the high intense activities I participate in. This place is the real deal. They truly care about making you understand your injury, which goes beyond just fixing you. And then they ensure that you are stronger after. You don't get that type of quality care in PT everywhere. I have had times where I thought I would not be able to fight through sessions or have faith I would be able to get back into my sports, but this place kept my mental and physical game strong always! Thank you for always being in my corner Luke!

  The team at Post is simply on a higher level - the quality of PT practitioners and the way it's managed and run is so good it's not even comparable to the other places I've been. It's not fair to compare them because they're not playing the same game. I'd been living and training with a confusing set of related injuries for almost 10 years, constantly in and out of physical therapy with no real progress -- and after 10 months with Luke I feel like an athlete again (and...get this...I'm still DOING my homework routine because it isn't boring and it actually works).
  
  The therapists ask more questions, listen more intently, consider different approaches, get down to root causes, and aren't satisfied unless there are actual results that I can see and feel - even the intake / evaluation feels better and smarter. They take the time to explain things in terms I understand, they coach and teach (instead of preach and assign seemingly random homework with generic 1950s line drawings), and they go to great lengths to show how the movements and therapies I do affect my pain / range of motion / performance.
  
  I was so chronically injured when I showed up that I didn't feel like an athlete anymore - I'd totally lost my physical confidence. Far from being dismissive, Luke gets it and is masterful in approaching the complicated interactions between the psychology and physiology of physical pain and dysfunction.
  
  I would feel I was shortchanging them if I didn't also comment on just how well-run the place is. Appointments are on time, people know my name and say hi, you work directly with an experienced therapist, they respond to emails and phone calls quickly and personally, it's squeaky clean and neat, they remind you of appointments, they help deal with the annoying insurance details…it's a whole other level than I'm used to…both the practitioners and the operations staff. I interact most with Luke and Vanessa, who are reason enough to recommend the whole practice…anyone folks of their caliber would work with must be doing something right. (though that said…everyone I've met is friendly, clearly knowledgeable…and just seems like they really enjoy their job!)
  
  When the people in my life ask me where to go when they have injuries and pain — especially when it's complex or confusing -- there is, of course, no hesitation.
