Gantetsu-Ya

the karaage was soooooo good. juicy, unbelievably tender, all contained within a wonderful crispy-but-not-oily potato starch batter. served with a acidic soy based sauce to contrast.

Recently visited to try their okonomiyaki, but it seemed like their menus have changed. I ended up getting the traditional chicken karaage and gyoza, and both were very good. Karaage was extremely tender and they were certainly the best pieces I had in Boston.
Unfortunately, this place seemed to be overshadowed by the popularity of the ramen place right across, but they are definitely worth a visit.

Very tasty and there are lots of veggies in okonomiyaki. Tokoyaki is made in a way that makes you feel very content.
