(January 5, 2019, 8:08 am)Wow- customer service 10/10. I went to BMW retailer dealership who took 3 weeks to do half of the work that the Costas/Ari were able to do in less than half a day. They took me right in even though they were backed up and got the repairs done in a day. The number they quoted me was exactly what I paid, and it was far less than BMW retailer for far better quality work. It's hard to find a mechanic that is trustworthy, and honest - from this point on I'll only be going to JD mechanics in South Brookline to get my car fixed!
(December 9, 2018, 6:57 pm)The crew at JD in Chestnut Hill fit me in last minute on a busy day and were nothing but kind and honest from the beginning. As someone who admittedly has limited knowledge about car mechanics, the staff explained everything they recommended, kept me updated via phone throughout the day, and finished the job even quicker than anticipated. They also cut me a break on labor costs to keep the overall cost of the project down! As someone who has gotten scammed and taken advantage of at other places, my experience at JD was refreshing and superior. I literally gave hugs at the end! Give them your service; you will not be disappointed!

(September 14, 2018, 3:09 pm)I went here last week and found out I needed new rotors and brake pads. John was great, showed me my old rotors and pads and explained what needed to be done, and gave me a fantastic deal! Also, I didn't bring my car in until 4 in the afternoon and they all worked really hard to make sure my car was done before closing, I think I found my new go-to auto shop!
