I watched how he reacted with them, and vice-versa upon arrival, and it was reassuring to see their handling of the animals. The costs were all explained and very reasonable. The staff listened to my concerns stemming from other groomer experiences, and they followed through with their grooming techniques in accord with my concerns and requests. My dog, a husky mix, was well groomed, his coat was nice and soft, and well brushed out, his nails were smooth, all in all a very good experience which I would highly recommend to anyone seeking pet grooming services here.”

He did the entire job and then sealed up the opening and we have no more unexpected visitors! He was the second company I called. The first company asked for almost double the amount with many potential contingencies for more money up front. I did not have faith in the company that was only interested in money prior to doing an inspection and are only open on M-F from 9-5 pm. Chris will come anytime and answers his phone 24 hrs - 6 days a week. Chris beat the competition on ALL LEVELS! He was great from start to finish, and very knowledgeable, prompt, polite, courteous and professional.
