I have been to a few boxes and this is one of the best. Extremely close community that support each other and push each other to be their best! The coaches are awesome and truly care about your development. If your thinking about CrossFit, definitely give SciCoh a try!

I started CrossFit a year ago, SciCoh is my first box. I must say I was a little anxious about the whole “Crossfit thing” at first... I had the fear to get injured ; How would I be compared to other members ; Are people judging?

I turned out really well!

Coaches are here to help you do what you can do, they make sure you don’t over do exercises when you are not ready and to challenge you when you are ready!
Its a great community, a lot of fun, everyone is accepted whatever he can/cannot do. Nobody is judging your performance and everyone is so supporting/encouraging every single day!
