Costco Optical Department

Loved, loved the doctor who provides the eye exam at Costco. They are independent and not trying to sell you or upsell you. In fact, he made many suggestions to fix our problem that wouldn't require fancy contact lenses or glasses. The doctor was very knowledgeable and patient. The folks at the optical center were also friendly and efficient. The prices at Costco Optical absolutely can't be beat. True they don't have the selection that many other stores have but it's large enough to find a few frames that I liked. I highly recommend.

These folks are sensational. The folks who give the eye exam are independent, so they are not looking to sell you anything, they want to do what is best for your eyes. The people at the desk who help you out (Peter) are simply awesome and explain everything in immense detail. never let you feel like you are bothering them if you ask tons of questions and the prices for both glasses and contacts cannot be beat.

We have returned with each member of the family. Josh and Shelley have provided outstanding customer service every time.

My 21 year old daughter and I went for her eye exam. We’ve been going to a very high end optometrist franchise for years and honestly felt funny going to Costco. Let me tell you, they were absolutely wonderful and my daughter got very beautiful glasses that she’s thrilled with at a fraction of what we paid at the other place.
