My husband and I have been loyal customers of Dedham Cleaners and Demetra herself for more years than I want to count. My husband’s shirts and everything else we’ve had cleaned at Dedham Cleaners is always beautifully done to his/our specifications. And we don’t pay more for this attention to detail and top-notch customer service. On top of all that, Demetra is an incredibly versatile and expert seamstress, alterationist, and repairer of just about any piece of clothing you care to bring her. I brought her my (extremely thick and heavy) shearling coat because a button had come off. She not only sewed the button back on but tightened the others as well. Can’t say enough about Demetra and her shop! (And anybody who thinks dry cleaners are all the same has never experienced the excellence of this shop and its proprietress!)

Great place to get clothes dry cleaned or alterations. Demetria is a very nice woman who goes out of her way to make her customers happy.

Great local business, when I lived in Dedham, I used them for 5 years as someone who did a $50-$100 batch of dry cleaning and shirt laundry every two weeks. Never had a problem with the timeliness or quality of the service. Never had a garment go out that came back worse than the way I gave it to them. Very friendly, and always willing to help fix buttons and other minor things at no additional cost. Highly recommend.
