  My time at Elite has been nothing but exceptional. I started in the summer of 2017 working out with Katie and I became twice the athlete I was. But, in September of that year I had to undergo a serious arm surgery that resulted from baseball. For that, I came right back to Elite, doing PT with Eric who could not have been better. Whether I was at Elite for PT or doing my PT exercises at home, there was always a purpose and a goal for every exercise. When I was finally cleared, I came right back to where else but Elite to get my strength back that I had lost as a result of my rehab. Back working out with Katie, I can’t say enough nice things about her and the rest of the staff, they’re all the best. I’ve been working out preparing for my junior year of baseball and I didn’t think I could or would get back to the level I was before surgery, but I did and then some. I am so confident and ready personally for this season, and it couldn’t have happened without Elite. I thank them for making the athlete I am now, and I’ll be back after high school season to get even better.

  The therapists Elite Sports Performance & Physical Therapy are knowledgeable, friendly, truly care about helping you to get better, and add some humor to the experience. It's not a one-sized fits all approach. I would absolutely recommend it to everyone!

  I highly recommend Elite PT! They are professional and experts at what they do. My whole family has been to Elite PT at different times in the past due to various sports injuries or surgeries and have had positive experiences. I recently had hamstring repair surgery and followed my surgeon's recommendation and went to PT near the surgeon's office driving an hour out of the way but returned to Elite after the PT experience was not what I anticipated. Ben, my physical therapist at Elite, understood my concern and expertly managed my recovery experience. The staff were encouraging and supportive and Ben guided me with appropriate exercises to a full recovery! Everyone I have encountered at Elite has been professional and courteous! It is obvious they are good at what they do and that they enjoy working with their patients!

  Elite Sports Performance and Physical Therapy is outstanding. From the staff to the facility, it’s evident that quality client care and wellbeing are their top priority.
  
  My experience with Elite started in the summer of 2017. After experiencing hip pain I was prescribed physical therapy as part of my diagnostic process. I had just moved to the area so I turned to the internet to search for PT facilities near me with positive reviews. Elite did not disappoint. From my first appointment to my last everyone at Elite was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The facility was clean and well stocked with equipment for all types of PT and training.
  
  I attended PT twice a week for about 3 months in, during which time, upon further diagnostic measures, I discovered that my hip injury required surgery. All of the work that I did at Elite during those 3 months strengthened the appropriate muscles for my surgery and was the best “pre-hab” I could have asked for.
  
  My physical therapist’s name was Ben and he was phenomenal. He’s not only knowledgeable about physical therapy, but he takes the time to get to know all of his clients, too.
  
  I returned to Elite following my hip surgery for rehabilitation and I was able to work with Ben again. It was great that he already knew me and my injury well. Over those 3 months I transitioned from walking with crutches, non-weight-bearing to regular walking, squatting, walking up/downstairs, and balancing on one leg.
  
  I’m so grateful for the care I received at Elite and I highly recommend it to anyone in need of PT services.

  Two members of our family have had great experiences with the physical therapy team at Elite. Ben Godin was extremely thourough in diagnosing what was causing their issues and developing treatment plans to help strengthen the impacted areas. He also provided instruction on how to continue strengthening at home. Within the last year our teenage son has started using Elite's athlete training program and he loves the staff (Peter, Ben, Ben and Katie) as well as the instruction he receives and has already seen gains.
