My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Bryan Orcutt to find our first home. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped us through the first time process, reassuring us and being there for us through the nerves. He was always accessible to us at all times of the day to answer any questions or concerns we may have.

He always worked with our schedules to show us houses and would spend as much time as needed with us without making us feel like we were being difficult or picky. The house we finally closed on was one of his recommendations, it didn't take long for him to understand exactly what we wanted and needed in our first home. It was a joy seeing houses with him, he was extremely informative and fun to spend time with. His sense of humor and great personality made the hours spent house hunting less tedious.
