When I was referred to Arcadia dental from a friend of mine, I was hesitant because I've been avoiding the dentist for quite some time. After meeting with Dr Patel, I felt much more comfortable we came up with a plan to resolve my dental issues and tackled the problems in quadrants, upper right, lower right, upper left, lower left, he worked quickly and efficiently to repair the damages that I had in my teeth, and I actually ended up with two extra teeth and I had before I started. We replaced the old silver metal fillings with white crowns, we did two extractions,, four crowns, one partial and a few cavities. I started the process in February of 2022 and completed the dental process in August of 2022. I'm much more comfortable with my smile my teeth look a lot better, I like the fast pace of the work that was done, I like the technology they have in the building is advanced, and on top of it all they have a germ cleaner in every room of the office to prevent covid like symptoms from being transmitted to other patients. I was highly impressed with Dr Patel and his staff, of the 12 appointments that I've had over the last 6 months, I wasn't disappointed in any of the work that they've done, and they've also resolved my fear of the dentist. Each staff member is super polite about and knowledgeable.

My teeth have never felt better. The team at Arcadia Dental is caring and they do a great job of explaining the procedure. They have done a few root canals on me and I have to say it was a painless process. From teeth cleaning to all your dental needs I would highly recommend Arcadia Dental.

Had the most wonderful experience here. Had a mouth full of cavities and have not been to the dentist in 10+ years. This office is a go to, to ease any dental anxiety you may have.. The staff and doctors were very efficient in getting them taking care of in a quick manner. Very gentle and concerned about patients comfort and well being.

I have been going to Arcadia Dental in Franklin Ma for a couple of years now. The staff is amazing from the front desk secretaries to the dental hygienist. The doctors are amazing especially Dr.Patel he is very patient, understanding, and extremely sweet. I’ve been seeing Dr.Patel for a couple of years and he is always making sure that I am happy with my results and explains everything detail by detail. I have also seen Dr. Urban which is amazing as well he is very funny but professional. I just met the owner a couple of days ago and another great personality he was helpful in helping me with my next step which is Invisalign and I couldn’t think of a better team to take care of me. The staff there are always smiling, trying to help out, and going that extra mile to help me out and also to take their time with me to make sure they answer all of my questions. They’re the best and I highly recommend them you won’t regret it!
